Georgia State University, Student Wellness, is searching for an outstanding candidate to fill the role of Project Coordinator, Collegiate Recovery Community (CRC). The position will supervise, organize, and manage all aspects of the Collegiate Recovery Community. This will consist of managing the day-to-day operations of the CRC, facilitating programs and services, addressing inquiries about the program, identifying and coordinating space for meetings and activities, and responding to the university and programmatic needs associated with the CRC. Develop and deliver recovery meetings, recovery education, and ally programs. Assist and support students in their transition into and out of school and help them navigate the university by connecting them with resources on and off campus. Collaborate with key campus colleagues in Student Health Promotion, Counseling Center, Student Recreational Services, Student Health Services, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Residential Life, Veterans Services, and other campus constituents to address the needs of the students in recovery throughout the institution.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Supervise graduate assistant(s), and student employees engaged in recovery initiatives.
· Develop relationships and collaborations with local social services and agencies that support people in recovery from substance use.
· In collaboration with the Marketing Specialist, provide marketing material for the program.
· Manage the Collegiate Recovery Community website, social media, and other communication platforms.
· Other duties as assigned.
· This position may require weekend and evening hours.

Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, or high school diploma or GED and six years of related experience, or a combination of education and related experience.
Preferred Hiring Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills including ability and willingness to manage flexible workload, multiple tasks, and to work some evening and weekend hours.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships with a diverse set of colleagues, partners and community members.
- Strong knowledge of recovery frameworks, including harm reduction, to support students in recovery from substance use.
